Sorry haven't blogged for a while. Thank you all for the well wishes. I'm doing well, just finishing up another round of chemo. Enjoying some warmer weather.
-Kamran, it was nice to hear that you and wife are doing well in dallas. I've heard Dallas is beautiful. Good to hear that you guys have a lot of time to spend with each other.
Time is passing by quickly, enjoy the company of the ones you love. Are you guys planning a visit to the D-town?
-Resham, it was nice to hear from you too!! I can't wait to be done with this phase in my life and move along with whatever is left. It would be nice to see everyone and hang out. It's amazing how much time have already passed, 6 mths!! wow!! How are you doing? Life? Work? I hope all is well with you and look forward to hanging out.

Hi Sonu!!!
I heard the good news....almost done!!! yayyy! I can't believe it's already been 6 months...wow..... time flew, but those were probably the longest 6 months of your life, huh???
well....once this chemo is done, we are all looking forward to seeing you!!!! make sure you get strong b/c you gotta have enough energy to put up with everyone.......:)
stay positive and hopefully this horrible winter will be over by the time ur ready to come out n play!!

2009~New Beginnings !
Hey pppeeeeppppzzzz
Well its 2009 and I can't believe another year has come and gone by, and with every new years we have new resolutions that marks a new beginning......well for me personally I couldn't count 2008 down soon enough! been through a lot and God willing hope never to repeat 2008 so that is my 09 resolution :)...
Hope everyone had a wonderful time ringin the New Year's. For those of you that joined me we know we had the best time :) i know i know the party is wherever I am !
But wat better way to start the 2009 with my man Akshay's movie....."CC2c" a must see movie so hope to see u on Jan 16th at Novi :)
Well with all jokes apart- I wish everyone the best in 2009 - good health, prosperity and hope......

goodbye 2008!
Hi Guyz-
Well it's that time of the year again to say goodbye to yet another year as I wish the best for the up coming year.....but i can't help to stop and look at the things I went through in 2008.
It's really has been a ride with tons of fun with family and friends, incredible & amazing moments - I got promoted at work, actually walked in my MBA graduation ceremony for a change (i never did for my undergrad), MOVED out of my miyaka UT sad moment but nice to be in my apartment, Sonu & Robert's wedding, became wiser with another number added to my age :) and watchin all Akshay Kumar movies with me at Novi. And then there were some low moments which I have to say that is coming close to losing both of my sister's. I must say that going through those experiences I feel blessed to have friends like you. I reached out to you and you were there for me and my family. You were there holding my hair when I threw up after having one two many drinks :), letting me cry, encouraging me to be strong, being there for me when I needed to talk. So, I have to say that 2008 for me is/was a character builder year! I really got to learn a lot about myself. I appreciate the little things in life that I'm blessed to have and the drive to fight hard for things that matters.
So, for 2009 I do wish that things are better I sure need a break in life and most importantly a VACATION to celebrate sonu kickin off the cancer maybe visit the motherland with sonu after 20 years which would be great, go to Las Vegas for the first time, explore outdoor activities such as rock climbing and yes yes i know as for the rest of the uncertainties in my life -------well thatz all Rab De Hawale :)
Even though this year we are celebrating the New Years from different parts of the country, state and the world you are not away from my thoughts and prayers. My wish to you in 2009 is celebrate all the little moments in life and follow your heart!
Sonu will be partyin down at the most happening place in Detroit -club henry ford hospital this year. She started her 3rd round of chemo today......
Well I want to end this with an old UT wishes Jaha bhi raho kush raho aur :)-

home at last :)
Yesterday, Sonu finally came home after a 13days stay at the hospital for pneumonia-well at first it wasn't but it turned into it. She gave us few scares but in all I'm glad that she's home. She needs to regain her energy, strength and above all tons of prayers to get her through this....
Well folks do continue to post encouraging thought and give her strength to take it day by day.

Hey ppeeeepppzzz
Sammy/Resham......about those drugs we were takin about...what do you think i can make off sonu'z medicine cabinet.......
We'll it is the first day of second part of cycle 2 of the chemo. Robert, sonu and i are just chillin at the hospital watchin HOUSE.....sonu is doin better with her back pain she's able to sit up on the bed and eat which is gr8......well robert is another story:) no just kiddin.....he'z doin gr8 well as for me i had a exhausting weekend crash when i got to my place on sunday but for the rest of the week i'll be working from my home office -henry ford hospital......
I can't believe it after this cycle it would be 2 months into the treatment....sonu has done very well overall the amount of courage and strength its incredible.....
so i have decided to celebrate each cycle that she completes!!!
which will usually be hangin out at my place.....
well going through all that needs a bit of celebration don't ya'll think so.....
but it has to be Ne2 style pot luck baby....for those of you that had the pleasure to eat my awesome rajma and chawal i have decided to cook that the next time we meet :)
critics please refrain urself from comments unless they are good ones......
k guyz i better get some work done now have tons to do.....do keep bloggin if you haven't started today is a good day to start and share your thoughts with sonu.....

hi Y'all
Hi guys,
I hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing okay, aches and pains but still alive!! he he... I've been trying to distract myself with organizing wedding pictures to pass the day along. It's so weird not having a busy schedule! Man, I miss going to work!
Overall, I'm okay. I take a lot of naps, like a baby! I wish I could sleep for like a year and wake up with all of this crap over! It's so hard to be patient and positive sometimes... that's when you have a pity party and then move along! he he...
In response to sammy, yes, I do have plenty of happy meds!! Vicodin and morphine galore! he he... Morphine is my friend, God bless that inventor!

Resham, I hope I can hang out soon too.
